Returns & Exchanges

Bluebird Hats is a small business with only 1 employee. All our hats are hand-knit to perfection in Hood River, Oregon. 

We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. However, if there is an issue with the integrity of the hat(s), we will make it right! 

If this is the case, please reach out to info@bluebirdhats.com. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition. 

Once received, we will inspect the defected product(s) and come up with a fair solution.
